Collaboration between Cashlez and Diners Payment Indonesia.

PT Cashlez Worldwide Indonesia Tbk ("the Company") has signed a cooperation agreement with PT Diners Payment Indonesia (a member of Diners Club International) regarding the Mobile Point of Sale ("MPOS") service provided by the Company on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at the Company's office.

As an Aggregator for Diners Payment Indonesia, Cashlez will provide MPOS services that allow users of Diners Club International-branded credit cards to use their cards for payment transactions at various locations that have partnered with Cashlez. In this regard, Cashlez acts as the provider of Diners Club International-branded credit card features within the MPOS service.

This collaboration will benefit both Diners Payment Indonesia customers and merchants who partner with Cashlez. Diners Payment Indonesia customers will enjoy the ease and speed of making payments using their credit cards, while merchants will be able to increase their sales by providing more flexible and user-friendly payment options.
